Return Policy

The Stagecoach excepts returns or exchanges for products within 15 days of purchase. The only exceptions are costumes and costume accessories that are purchased after October 8. We do not accept costume returns after October 8 because of the nature of the Halloween season. Defective merchandise, of course can be returned. Any clothing or shoes that show any wear can not be returned. The merchandise must be returned in its original undamaged packaging or it won't be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. We want you to be happy with your merchandise so feel free to return anything with the exception of the above restrictions.

Our turquoise comes from some of the most famous mines in America including the Kingman mine, Number 8 mine, Morenci, Damele, Royston mine including Boulder turquoise, and other famous mines. Our family has been purchasing Native American jewelry from the Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni reservation since the early 1950’s.
